Whether you are in need of help with the selection of paint colorization for a home, guidance on a job you are contracting yourself, a second opinion to review design ideas, recommendations from a licensed interior designer, or quick space sketches, EmV Designs, LLC offers a “Get Started” 2-hour consultation fee for only $350.00.
In preparation for the consultation, first a phone interview will be held, where the client and EmV Design Build will be able to discuss the ideas and desired outcomes of the project. An action plan for the 2-hour consultation will be established in order to maximize time and productivity. Over the phone, EmV Design Build will give the client some preliminary “homework” again, to make the consultation as efficient as possible.
Once the checklist given by phone to the client is completed, Edith and/or team will come to the proposed job site in order to better understand the focus and scope of the project. It should be expected that Edith will have an open book with the best places to shop, recommendations on material to purchase in size and color, and workmen to use if the job requires construction.
After the consultation, if the design scope of the work requires more time or the scope of the work is increasing, a Design Letter of Agreement will be drafted for a set amount calculated at an hourly rate.
